Stanford Rental Homes is managed by Robinson and Company. This rental program provides leases with a term limit of up to two years, which gives eligible faculty and senior level staff time to look into purchasing a residence within Stanford's qualifying area, or to look into other rental options that offer longer lease terms. You will need to transition to other housing outside of the Stanford Rental Homes program once your two-year term limit is reached. You are encouraged to look into other housing options prior to the term limit.
